Have called 5 times and emailed for collection of equipment but no answer to email and no reply on the phone still waiting over an hour on the phone. You get to a stage where the recorded message says you are 5th in the queue and it never reduces even though they ask you to continue to hold. You can't be 5th in the queue for half an hour- how many people are answering the phone. Why no answer to emails? This is not an acceptable service for the most vulnerable people. Somebody else could be desperately needing this equipment - what a waste. People will end up throwing away good quality reusable equipment. Why are NRS the only commissioned provider by the NHS. They are clearly no coping. What happened to Mediqip and others?
