Ordered some NGK racing plugs, best price I could find on the web.
All appeared good, a week later I got a review request from Opie and I then remembered I hadn't seen the plugs arrive.
So I called Opie and spoke to Chris who checked in with Royal Mail. They said parcel was in the network but couldn't validate a delivery date.
Opie promptly refunded my postage costs which was very generous given it was a Royal Mail issue. Typically parcel arrived same day, but looked like it had been kicked from Opie to my house address. Packaging was ripped to a point where it was a surprise the items were still inside. Again, no fault of Opie.
I've checked the parcel and all 5 plugs look present & in good order so as the order wasn't time sensitive its not an issue. My overriding opinion of the Opie team was that they were helpful, responsive and eager to get to a swift resolution so I will definitely be using them again in future. It's how you act when things go wrong that define you as an organisation, and the team at Opie took all the right actions in a professional manner so have secured my future business and subsequent recommendation
