They promptly sent out a “free inc postage” service kit for my 101 “SpiritBear” Now due to miscommunication on my part and SpiritBears reg giving no details on engine parts etc the wrong oil was sent out. Not only did they arrange collection of the wrong oil (again at their expense not mine) they resent the correct oil AGAIN all at their own expense. Now Iv used them a couple of times before for oils etc. but I’m no big spender and to be honest not that often. And yet this small business located in Cornwall are purely OUTSTANDING and cannot do enough to help.
