I placed an order for 6 items. All products were supposed to be in stock. I paid for 2 day shipping. After about 3 days I received an email saying 2 of the products were backordered and my entire order wouldn't ship until they were in stock. I explained that they could cancel those orders and just send the "in stock" items. They agreed to this. Well, 2 weeks later they still hadn't shipped any of my items. I decided to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order. I explained to them I would just call my credit card company. Two days later they provided me with a tracking number. Now I'll have to return the merchandise, after waiting over three weeks to receive it. Clearly they didn't have ANY of my order in stock at time of purchase. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
