By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order April 22 2021 and and it was supposedly in stock and would ship in 3 to 5 days. On April 29 went on line to check where the order was because I didn’t hear anything about tracking number and there was no order to be found. I had called 3 days in a row asking where was the order status I couldn’t find. Someone was to call back and let me know. Never got email or phone call until today 4/29/2021 advising me my order was canceled and there is still 2 more orders that they have not addressed. When calling they have disconnected the call twice and once told me to leave a message which the computer never took it. Stay away from this company they are bad from delivery times to NO customer service. Their prices are high the same as most of the companies you order from. You simply will never speak to a live person and their website is totally not functioning. If you cancel an item they have a disclaimer that they are behind with refunds and could take 3 to 5 weeks to get your money back, imagine that. They charge you credit card before shipping and have to wait for merchandise you will never get. Luckily I have Amex and will tell them not to pay because the order was cancelled.
