i ordered an IN STOCK item. Took them over a week to tell me that their suppliers is having trouble and cant ship it to them for 3 months. So it wasn't in stock then like they said. Bad business... Dirty Pool... just say it's out of stock like a professional company would so your customers (former) can plan accordingly. You're lack of respect for me and the waste of time you've caused costs me money. It causes me to be looked at in the same way i look at you. Irresponsible.
don't blame covid. other companies have been back up to speed for weeks now. You lied and you need to be held responsible. I will now be using your competitors from now on and hope you get what you deserve.
