Sadly, Other have provided consistently the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. My most recent order from them was placed on the 1st December. By the 4th January there is still no sign of the item. After sending three e-mails with no response (the last one requesting a refund, since the item has clearly never been dispatched), I eventually received an e-mail from Chris telling me that my order had been shipped and received. Well, clearly not, Chris. Other UK provided no dispatch notification, no tracking number and no proof of delivery. Amusingly, Chris then sent me a fake "signed for" notice (without any address on it and signed by someone who doesn't exist). At this point, the company are simply withholding customers money without fulfilling their obligation as a retailer. This is, sadly, not the only poor experience I've had with this company. In the past, when I've actually received goods, they drag their heels for months on refunds. The last t-shirt I ordered from them also took 5 weeks and 3 e-mails before they shipped it. I perhaps should have learnt my lesson but, as many others have commented, we strive to give companies (especially those that claim to represent an "alternative" community) the benefit of the doubt. I strongly recommend you avoid wasting your time and money with Other.
