Very disappointing experience. I ordered weeks ago and my card was charged immediately, rather than at the time of shipping, as is customary. I have made multiple inquiries. Finally, today I was informed that the item was back ordered. This was in response to yet another inquiry. At no time was I advised as such and asked if I wished to wait. This has been an abysmal customer service experience. (Once in the past I received the wrong size and resolving that issue was not easy). I’m afraid that Peter Christian does not respect its customers.
