I am delighted with the product, a jacket, particularly the traditional fit. Quite difficult to obtain a traditionally fitting jacket these days unless you are a skeleton! I was equally delighted with their response when one of the cuff buttons came off almost straight away, hardly a disaster. They could not have been more helpful over the phone, more buttons appeared through the post immediately. I reckon one of the best measures of customer service is how they react when something goes wrong, even when it is trivial such as in this case, so they score highly in my book. Thank you.
