Attended the Bury branch at 10am Sunday 3rd July with our 10week old Working Cocker Walter. A young gent approached us as soon as we entered, he was extremely friendly and we advised him we were looking for first harness, lead and natural treats. He asked if Walter was fully vaccinated and when we informed him his vet appointment wasn’t until the following day he retrieved a trolley and a clean mat so that Walter wouldn’t be on the floor. He was absolutely fantastic, very attentive, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely focused on Walter getting the right products. He did not oversell and made sure his harness was well fitted for immediate use. didn’t take note of his name but we are fully kitted out with a variety a 3 peaks items, natural puppy treats and will return to Bury for all his needs.
