EDIT Changed to 1 star after finding out they are still selling "red oak tantos", but sending out beech wood, as well as for their aporoach. In addition to that, when I pointed out in recent email that I am going add their misleading practices to my current review, it turned out they don't care about bad experiences at all. Their literal response was: "(...) il be honest negative reviews do not impact our business much. So i didnt reach out just because you gave a negative review. I reached out to you to genuinely help you as i had believed it was a recent order.  We have been in business since 1995 and have 3000+ 5 star verified reviews on our review platform so 1 or a few negative reviews dont really outweigh all the thousands of genuine verified positive feedback we have built" - that should give you a good idea about their approach to the customer. I placed an order in January 2024. The company advertises different items from what they actually send. They include promotional items on the shipping list as 'ticked,' but these items are not included in the package. I wanted to exchange some items, but my messages about returning them were read and ignored. I’m giving 2/5 stars only because they were helpful when setting up my account initially. Hopefully, things have improved since then.
