Poor customer service and are very unwilling to help.
They sent me a broken stroller I contacted the company, when my son was a week old. It's been over 4 months and they still haven't resolved the issue. The took the old stoller from me and haven't sent a new one.
My baby is now 4 and half months and I still don't have a working stroller.
They have ignored my tweets and emails asking for help. I will never order from this company again.
