Placed order for a pram, was due to be despatched on the 31st Oct, was then emailed to say it wouldn’t be until end of jan, baby is due at the start of jan so requested a refund, was told this would be done in 5-7 days, I’ve had the same email about 9 time’s then another one to say do I still want the refund as they are going to close my case ! Emailed back again to say yes I did need it ASAP so I can order the pram from another supplier, had no response, I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook, called twice only to be cut off after hours as no one is available. I’m 8 and a half months pregnant and am over £600 down on a pram that won’t be here when I need it and unable to buy a new one untill I get this refund, the service is shocking and I need it resolved as it’s causing a lot of stress so close to my due date and to Christmas.
