I don't write reviews very often but this company should not be in business. I ordered an item that was marked as in stock and only in the confirmation email did they dare to mention that dispatch is usually 10-14 days and the latest dispatch day will be in a month!!!!! After about 3 weeks, I had enough and cancelled the order and requested a refund. They told me they are busier than usual so it will take 5-7days- no surprise there.
2 days after the latest dispatch day they sent me an email that they are really sorry but they didn't have the item in stock so I can request a refund (which I already did, but heard nothing).
The thing is, I understand that its a difficult year for everyone but you are selling kids stuff! Loads of people purchase items as presents. While you can explain to an adult that its covid and pre-Christmas madness everywhere how do you explain it to a child? This leaves already exhausted parents to hunt for alternatives so they don't let down their kids. It is just simply unacceptable nowadays to have such bad communication and customer service. Its been over a month since I paid for the item that never arrived and 2 weeks since I requested a refund. I would greatly appreciate if someone contacted me about my request before I go to the bank to raise a dispute.
