It has been an awful experience and my query still has not been resolved.
I had placed an order using Amazon Pay and then cancelled the order almost immediately. However my card has still been charged and no tracking information has been provided for the order, and the company refuse to get back to me.
I have tried contacting the team on the phone for the past 3 days, and have waited almost 2 hours trying to get through with no luck. The call gets disconnected at around 12pm and says they are now closed.
After speaking with Amazon, they have said they need PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE to firstly speak to me and try and resolve the matter
