Placed order on 27 Nov with latest dispatch in 2-3 working days. Tracking info still says the same as it did on first day, which is that my order has been sent to the warehouse for picking. Items not received, several emails sent to customer service and several attempts to get through on the phone but no reply and no answer, despite staying 'in a queue' for almost an hour from 9am yesterday!
Having read the reviews I'm starting to think I've been ripped off and will be raising a dispute via my bank if I don't receive a response within the next 48 hours.
