I seem to be having the same experience as most people in this thread. I ordered an item in October for November dispatch (order number 2168226). Was told that dispatch is delayed to an unknown date and now haven't had any acknowledgement of my refund request. I have tried calling customer services, but after spending far too long on hold, nobody answers the phone. I have the item from a different place now and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. Now I am about £135 out of pocket - not a great situation to be in with a new baby arriving imminently.
I won't be using Precious Little One again and will make sure none of my friends do either. It's extremely disappointing, at what should be an exciting time for us.
