I seem to be like many others here! Ordered a trike in November and then found out, on the same day that another family member had already sourced one elsewhere. I cancelled my order on the same day. Money taken out within minutes. E mails received from them saying matter would be resolved in 5-7 working days I have still not received anything and it is now almost 2 months since I cancelled the order. E mails and telephone calls not being answered now. Increasingly frustrated and am amazed they have not been challenged by trading standards.
