I bought a cotbed from you on 2nd April and have still not received my product. The third party courier you used (yodel) attempted to deliver the product to the wrong address three times! Whether this was directly your fault or not, it is still part of the service of sale you provide. I have emailed you requesting a phone call from a manager after being left without any real reassurances of the situation. . This request has been ignored and an identical automatic response email was sent to me claiming you were contacting the manufacturer both times. I have contacted the manufacturer (mamas and papas) myself, who say you have not even contacted them and that the package is now in transit back to them. This situation that has been compounded by the fact that you have no customer service number to call. You're lack of urgency to resolve my issues has left me completely lacking in faith of your brand. Now that you have taken my money you do not seem to be bothered about whether my issues are resolved or not. My experience with your brand has felt extremely unprofessional. Further more what is truely dissapointing is that the products you sell are to help babies and new parents journey run smoothly. This situation has caused nothing but stress and frustration, which does not seem to be a concern for your company. I want nothing more than for this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible. I feel this would be by having a PHONE conversation with someone at your office.
