First of all, we placed the order and paid online via paypal. We then received a confirmation email (at this point we have entered into a contract with the company or so we believed). Two days later we received an email from Precious Little One stating that "due to a pricing error we are unable to proceed with your order". We were then given two options: pay more money or cancel the order! When I enquired on the telephone why the price had increased I was simply told "prices change all the time."
We paid the extra charge as we still wanted the items and when the order arrived the following day a part of the order was missing. I chased up this item and was told it should have been with our order – after a few telephone calls and emails later, we were told that once again, due to an error on Precious Little One's behalf, the item had been falsely advertised as part of the package and that we would not receive that item and they no longer stocked it. They did then offer us an alternative which having little option we accepted. So, overall, it took over a week from placing the order to receiving the full order. I wouldn't recommend this company and won't be using them again.
