I bought a pushchair which arrived a little late but looked beautiful. When I tried to collapse the stroller, it was evident that the mechanism was faulty. I was gutted but asked for a replacement.
I was asked to show on a video how the pushchair was faulty. This was impossible because only by touching the catch, was it possible to feel the problem. After a few emails, I was asked to return the stroller at my own expense.
The 'experts' assessed it and said there was nothing wrong. Which there blatantly was! I was made to feel like a liar and returning the stroller was difficult. I cancelled a replacement.
The customer service was abysmal and the product was poor quality.
I would never use the company again.
