Ordered beginning of January for Christmas and still not received order. Had to go out today and buy my 'precious little one' a cheap last minute gift from local supermarket or they would be the only one out of their siblings coming down with nothing from Santa. As other reviewers have said they are impossible to contact. The only way I managed was by repeatedly bombarding them with emails hours apart. Even then you just get palmed off with a generic response. They've had time and time again to rectify this and yet it's the same response. 'We're very busy with Christmas period'. I fail to believe a huge online company hasn't planned ahead with staff and is unprepared for the Christmas period. If that is the case the management needs a serious overhaul.
