Absolutely terrible service I ordered a present for my 1st grandsons Christmas in October and still not received , could not contact them by phone, emails came back undelivered, finally spoke to someone yesterday but took me 28 attempts before I finally spoke to someone said my order was despatched 29th dec but was lost in transit!!!!
Said the order will be with me sometime in January, needless to say have cancelled and will not recommend this company to anyone..dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least!
