I ordered a mosses basket over a month ago and got sent the wrong one, I'm due to have a baby and the company are not getting back to me regarding it, I understand delays due to the current situation but I need the mosses basket and their business is running as normal. I'm really stressed over this as this is the main thing I need. This is a stressful time for us pregnant woman as it is, the one they sent me too was half the price of the one I purchased. Shocking service
