I ordered a brand new out n about sport pram for running with my two children. It arrived with a fault that makes it unusable and also it is very heavy for pushing while running. I reported this issue the day I received my pram and I still have had any contact from the company 6 days later after I’ve sent two emails and also tried on live chat where they wouldn’t help. So I have no pram, two children under 19 months and can’t go anywhere and I don’t yet know how long it will take to get sorted/ refund. Very disappointed.
