Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!
I would never use this website every again and never recommend it to anyone.
Having waited for the delivery of a Cot package for months, to have to chase for the delivery and receive damage goods. I had to speak directly to the supplier to sort it out because this website didn’t want to help even though I bought through them. To have the delivery come on multiple days where I had to take 5 different days off work and lose money and this website would not compensate me for.
I thought I’d give the company a second chance and order a mattress and again I had to wait an extra month for delivery despite the delivery time being a month earlier, and once again I had to contact the supplier because this website were taking their sweet time to do anything whilst I was heavily pregnant and stressing out. This website gave me wrong delivery dates so again I had to lose money and waste time taking time off work on multiple days.
Their customer service team take forever to get back to you despite calls and emails complaining.
When I complained to this company about compensating me for some of this wasted time and money, they have the cheek to tell me they did what they were suppose to do despite me having to sort it out with the supplier because they are unable to do their jobs properly. I wouldn’t have any customers left if I treated my customers like these people do and I’m surprised they are still in business.
I even had to dispose of the large damaged item myself.
