Ordered a summer house in March and paid £4600. Expected delivery in July so called last week to be told it would be coming yesterday…didn’t arrive. Queued forever to speak to customer services only to be told my order had been cancelled but if I wanted to reorder the price is now over £7000.!!!!! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY and gave promises twice that somebody in authority will call me back to rectify this..
