Ordered a tree last Monday as a birthday present for a friend , never appeared - chased up several times as my friend was going on holiday so I wanted the tree to arrive as promised within 2-4 days.
To date no reply from customer service - ( order 2000013587)
Dreadful service , no accountability , contact centre seems overwhelmed and just an answerphone - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
