Ordered an outdoor table and 6 chairs. They were delivered on time, however the majority of items were damaged (including the table). Rung up to query, and it took me over 25 minutes to get through to someone. When I eventually got through, I asked for a refund to which they agreed, and said that they'd come and collect the items on the next day. On the next day the delivery driver came to collect, however refused to take the items because he had been told it was just one box not three. I then rang up Primrose to question this, it took me another 25 minutes to get through to someone, and they apologised, because one of their staff had specified the incorrect number of boxes to be picked up. Now left with all this furniture, over a bank holiday weekend.
Very frustrating, won't be a returning customer, would be cautious purchasing through Primrose.
