I spent £100 to order a plant 1 month ago. I was never able to get any information on it. No tracking, phone number doesn’t work, no reply to my multiple emails.
After a month of hoping, I started a legal process to get my money back.
The way they display the number of reviews on their website is completely misleading.
I’m not sure how is it possible that this company is still allow to trade. There are hundreds and hundreds of clients in my same situation or much worth. With orders of 1k and so on.
Hope someone can take action.
