Absolutely awful, having been conned into buying plants from the message from their CEO in March begging for business, I made a large order. The plants arrived very slowly, but I still have not received over half the order and it has been over 2 months since I placed my order. I have emailed several times and had no response. Being an essential worker, I have not had time to chase them up, but thought I would call today, and still their phone is off!!
I have finally asked for a partial refund, wish me luck, I’ll need it.
Awful and avoid.
