I ordered and then cancelled a garden chair, all logged with emails.
I then refused the delivery when it turned up.
I’ve been trying to get replies to my emails re a refund but nothing has been forthcoming.
I’m due to pay my credit card bill by 6/7 otherwise I’ll be charged interest. They cannot be reached by phone.... help
