Ordered an awning which was one of the available stock items with a 10-15 day delivery schedule. Four weeks later still no item or correspondence.They wouldn't reply to my query and neither do they have any telephone contact available.After 8 weeks I had to go through PayPal to return the £979. They say they have 2000 emails per day, so judging on the fact they were not able to answer mine from June then this would suggest a backlog of 100 000 emails which I would find worrying if I was ordering again from them. I can accept some delay but the lack of correspondence is very poor. They just needed to inform me they could no longer fulfill the order once they realised they could not supply within a reasonable time frame.
