Purition came highly recommended to me from a family member so it was an easy decision to pop in my first order. I am now on my second order and have been enjoying a sachet of Purition for lunch each day. I really need to loose a bit of weight so I am delighted that the pounds are dropping down with very little effort on my part. In addition to fasting 14- 16 hrs overnight and eating a balanced meal in the evening, I am enjoying having a Purition sachet mixed as a shake, a smoothy with Greek yogurt and soft fruits or a warm porridge with chopped fruit and nuts. I am also indulging myself with the odd treat or two at the weekend and I am quickly realising my goals. I don’t feel hungry or deprived, I have energy and I feel well in myself! Wish I’d tried this before, it seems to be working for me!
