As a student nutritionist I was so excited to try this as a replacement for breakfasts. I am amazed at how good they make me feel and how much energy I get from one shake in the morning. I really struggle to eat early in the morning and these have become a perfect solution. I love all of the flavours and bulking them out with fruit. My favourite is the cherry Bakewell with additional frozen cherries it’s the perfect breakfast! I normally make my shake around 6:45am and I am full all the way to half 12/1! It’s perfect 😍 I’m so impressed with the natural earthy tastes and the ingredients included within each of the drinks they are perfect for supporting gut health I couldn’t recommend them enough?
