I have been taking puriton as my new years challenge to loose my weight as i am getting married in August. i have lost over a stone (slow but steady) by having a Purition shake with fruit and vegetabels for my lunch Monday to Friday and after my gym sssion on Saturday mornings. Not only dose it take so yummy, it is easy to make up shake up, the amount of flavours to choose from are amaizing and then the Puriton emails with their meal plans are easy and motivating.
