Item took weeks to arrive. Once I got around to trying the gilet on, I realized it was too small and now they won't allow a return. Item is brand new, with tags on. At the very least I should be able to swap for correct size. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order Rapha gear again. Items that cost this much warrant excellent customer service.
