Took some clothes back that didn't fit, they only offered a gift card. A few weeks later I'd spotted something I'd liked, checked how much was on in my hometown store but the right size wasn't in.
2 days later I went to a store in a retail park about 15 minutes away. Got to the till and it had already been spent 6 HOURS AWAY in London. They point blank told us even though they had the time, store even what till it was spent on.... that they cant do anything but theyd investigate and get a phone call back within 24 hours. We rang back 4 days later to find out theyd not even bothered to raise an issue. So we raised one again. Struggling to see how the bloke on phone wasn't taking the mick as he tried to spell Emily with a P. It took 13 minutes to spell Emily. We still didn't get a phone call back and where told nothing can be done as they treat it as cash. IF THEY TREAT IT AS CASH THEY SHOULD JUST GIVE YOU CASH.
The whole establishment is a joke. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered. Please stay away from these con artists. They've got their money they dont care about us.
