I have been a loyal customer for 40 years but will never shop in Russel and Bromley again.
I spent £725 on the 28th June in store and on the 18th August all my purchases were less than half price with a further 20% off in the outlet store in gun wharf key... Summer is not over yet. So everyone just go to the outlet. The sadness thing is Russell and Bromley just don't care
