Very slow delivery and the freebie (Notions rotary cutter & mat) of poor quality.
However, the reason I'm writing this review is that the freebies are also available to purchase. Don't bother - save your money.
The rotary cutter is in essence a poor copy of the Olfa RTY-2/DX 45mm. The locking button to fix the blade position works intermittently and the overall construction is flimsy. I wouldn't trust this cutter for safety, durability or accuracy.
If you are a novice buy the Olfa; dont waste your money on this you will end up replacing it.
