This shipment has been a terrible experience. My address is correct, yet the courier delivered it to the wrong apartment. Why wasn’t this tracked properly by your logistics team?
For such an expensive item, this level of service is unacceptable, and the promised zero-rate assurance feels unworthy of trust.
I’ve registered multiple tickets regarding this issue, but your team has repeatedly closed them without resolution, even though it’s clear from the investigation that I never received the package.
