It is ridiculous that it can exist and have so many people have the same experience. I too had my account blocked for no reason and order cancelled. Same generic email replies ensued.
The item I was buying was on sale and was significantly cheaper than competing online retailers. Makes me wonder if they actually sell this stuff at all.
