I wrote a review recently talking about Shopbop's poor customer service and them not sending out an order after 8 days and each time Customer Service was not helpful. I finally got in touch with a supervisor who cancelled my order and closed my account at my request. Now I keep getting emails about Shopbop sales and in order to unsubscribe, I need to go into my account to unsubscribe. I no longer have an account so this is not possible. So now Shopbop is spamming me. I emailed Customer Service and explained that I need them to take me out of their email system. As usual with Shopbop's poor customer service and their employees only providing useless answers, I got an email from Customer Service telling me to Login to my account to change my email preferences. They can't read and respond past a kindergarten education. Beware. Now I'm stuck getting Shopbop Spam for the rest of my life unless someone at Shopbop grows a brain. Shop at Nordstrom instead. Same stuff. Much better Customer Service. Really, shop anywhere but Shopbop.
