Silent night have guarantees that are not worth anything.
We had a problem with one and they refused to refund a damaged one. The retailer has contacted silent night and said there is a problem, but from photos they think it’s fine. The springs are coming out of the side and rattling , it’s newish , 14 months old. I am glad it looks like new. However you cannot sleep on it as the springs dig into your body.
No refund .
If we want to PAY for an inspection again, then it’s £54 , however it was already inspected by the retailer.
