My suggestion don’t ever buy from SilkFred my order never delivered. After waiting for 10 days I emailed them that my parcel has not been received they came back to me that we have processed your refund as your parcel has been misplaced. I told them I don’t need a refund send me my parcel again who told you to do the refund because my card from which I did the payment has been hacked and it was canceled from the bank ,the lady kara she lied to me and said that the refund has been done three days back but when I got the refund receipt the refund was done after my email .they don’t value the customers she said that we have thousands of parcels we cannot focus on one parcel.
