Do not buy from silkfred!!! Have been a good customer to this brand, never had to send an item back before this one.sent coat back on 10th Jan, they sent an email to me confirming that the item was received on 20th Dec,said my £65 refund would be with me by the 3rd Jan, after numerous emails back and forth and promises from the so call team, it is the 7th Jan now and still no refund and just generic replies. I can ill afford to lose nor wait for my £65 refund, I am sick of the excuses. Silkfred needs investigating, this is theft , know doubt I will get another pathetic 'we are so sorry' reply well your not sorry ,just give me my money back, other companies never take this long. Something is very wrong with this company, think twice before you buy anything, they are out to rip you off!!!!
