Absolutely dreadful website - I have used this site many times and was happy - unfortunately I purchased an order containing 3 items only 2 arrived the 3rd item never delivered. It was ONLY at this time that silkfred refused to acknowledge any liability even though your contract online is with them - they dont allow you access to the supplier and when I purchased it clearly stated delivery within 4 business days - when the item failed to deliver I was told so many stories and then the stated that delivery was 7-10 days. Although silkfred acknowledges that the item was not delivered they refuse to refund me, which is against current online legislation and they say they need to investigate! investigate what ? non delivery so the result is that I am the customer I paid in full for an item not delivered and there is NO REFUND I will NEVER use their website again and I would advise everyone not to unless you want to order an item and then if it doesnt arrive you will have paid for nothing ! absolutely appealing and dreadful customer service the agent accused me of lying and told me it was all my own fault ! unliveable Silkfred doesn't care about its customers and seems to have forgotten that without customers they would have no business and they do not comply with the current online legislation allowing for a customer to get a refund if the item fails to deliver dont worry as a customer it's nice to know you can pay for something that never turns up and be blamed for it not a way to do business not a website I would suggest anyone uses. unless you want to be ripped off.
