I contacted John at short notice in December to arrange a complicated itinerary around South Island. He responded with a full proposal that matched my needs to the last detail. Just before my departure my wife fell and broke her hip so was unable to travel ! John modified my arrangements and I left as planned. All the hotels and stops worked well and I even had a call from his local agent at 08.00 to in form me that a land slip had blocked the pass and offer me alternative options and accommodation to continue my trip.
