We’ve recently returned from our holiday in New Zealand celebrating our Ruby Wedding anniversary which exceeded anything we could have hoped for.. All hotels, transfers,trips and services were brilliant. Our arrangements were tailored to our needs even down to supplying a personalised travel document with vouchers for every stop and a short summary of all places we visited ..a great touch we thought. Even when we had disruptions due to torrential rain and a bridge being washed away the reps in New Zealand rearranged thing for us to continue without any fuss.We have already been compensated for extra costs incurred which is another worry dealt with, and no problems. Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of having a holiday here to consider using Silver Fern and talk to John or one of his team to tailor your travel. To summarise is one word..Excellent.
