We received friendly advice and support from the first phone call onwards and efficient organisation throughput. We opted for the small group Kauri tour of both islands which certainly lived up to it's description of 'very special'. Our superb guide, Ken, went out of his way to adapt and add to the itinerary and his insightful knowledge of each area and unfailing good humour, ensured we had the best possible experience of such a wonderful country. The tour covered all the highlights we had hoped to see and more, in the company of likeminded, sociable people but still provided some time for independent exploration. It was a great mix of activities in stunning diverse landscapes, in a land of welcoming, friendly people.
